Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase and Booking

1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase of tickets and vouchers for attractions operated by Adrenaline X-Treme Adventures GROUP Srl, available at www.adrenalineadventures.it.

2. Ticket Types

Two types of purchase are available on the website:

  • Date and time-specific ticket, valid exclusively for the day and time selected at the time of purchase.
  • Open-date voucher, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The voucher must be activated through a booking, subject to availability.

3. Purchase Procedure

  • Purchases are made online through the booking system integrated into the website.
  • The sales contract is considered concluded when the customer receives payment and booking confirmation via email.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the data entered (date, number of people, email address).

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is made online through the electronic payment methods accepted by the system (e.g. Stripe platform).
  • Payment confirmation constitutes a valid ticket for access to the attraction.

5. Conditions of Use

  • Participants must arrive at least 20 minutes before the booked time at the starting point: Via Catarina Lanz 24, 39030 San Vigilio di Marebbe, Italy.
  • In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes from the indicated time, access is not guaranteed and the ticket will not be refunded.
  • The activity can only be carried out by people between 30 kg and 130 kg in adequate physical condition. Participants between 30 and 40 kg will be individually assessed at check-in, testing the equipment and, if necessary, flying in tandem with a qualified instructor.
  • It is mandatory to follow staff instructions and correctly use the safety equipment provided.
  • Management reserves the right to exclude, even without a refund, anyone who does not comply with safety rules.

6. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

  • No refunds, total or partial, are provided for any reason, including no-show.
  • It is possible to change the booking date once, up to 7 days before the original date, subject to availability.
  • In case of adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, Adrenaline X-Treme Adventures GROUP Srl may suspend the activity and reschedule the experience on another date, without obligation to refund.

7. Safety and Liability

Participation takes place under the personal responsibility of the participant, who declares:

  • To be in good health and not suffer from conditions incompatible with the activity (e.g. heart problems, epilepsy, pregnancy).
  • Not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications that may compromise safety.

The company is not liable for damages resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow instructions.

8. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events (e.g. extreme weather conditions, urgent maintenance, force majeure), the activity may be postponed to another date.

9. Limitation of Liability

Adrenaline X-Treme Adventures GROUP Srl takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety and quality of the service. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages, delays, service disruptions or events not attributable to the company.

10. Personal Data

Data collected during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 2016/679 – GDPR). For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the Court of Bolzano (South Tyrol, Italy) shall have jurisdiction.

The purchase of a ticket or voucher on www.adrenalineadventures.it implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
