The Format: Half-Day Workshop, Half-Day Adventure
The Morning — Workshop in the Mountains
Forget anonymous conference rooms. Your workshop takes place in one of the most stunning settings in the Dolomites:
- Mountain huts with meeting rooms: facilities equipped with WiFi, projector and whiteboard, at 1,500-2,000 metres altitude. Dolomite views from the window instead of the company car park.
- Private chalets: intimate spaces for groups of up to 20, with fireplace, panoramic terrace and traditional South Tyrolean catering.
- Equipped outdoor areas: for open-air brainstorming sessions when the weather allows, with tables, covers and power supply.

The most effective format is 3 hours of workshop in the morning (9:00-12:00), a traditional lunch at a mountain hut (12:00-13:30) and zipline in the afternoon (14:00-16:00). This rhythm alternates focus and relaxation, maximising both productivity and team bonding.
Lunch — South Tyrolean Cuisine
Lunch is not a detail: it is part of the experience. Canederli, speck, polenta with venison ragu, apple strudel — all prepared with local ingredients in a mountain hut with Dolomite views. This is when colleagues relax, talk about life, and build genuine relationships.
The Afternoon — Zipline Over the Dolomites
After lunch, it is time for the zipline. Seven routes, 3 km of flight, up to 100 metres above the ground at 80 km/h. For many, it will be their first time. And this is where the magic happens: the manager afraid of heights gets encouraged by the team, the quiet accountant screams with joy on the first route, the new hire bonds with colleagues in ways that would have taken months in the office.

The workshop takes place in the San Vigilio di Marebbe area, in the heart of the Dolomites. Available venues include:

Getting There

Best Time of Year
The ideal season runs from June to September, with July and August as the most popular months. September offers an excellent compromise: fewer crowds, autumn colours, and perfect temperatures for outdoor activities. For large groups, we recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance.
